Shipping Time Frame: We aim to ship all orders within 2 business days from the date of ordering. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Returns Policy:
Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags.
Non-Returnable Items: For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of bath products, skincare items, or any product that is intimate or sanitary goods.
